Good Day Agreed. There's no rollback facility. You CAN have both versions built as separate SAP GUI installation servers, both residing on the same Windows server. To say it another way, install it twice (upgrade one to patch 5, and one to patch 12), in two different directory paths, not 2 different packages in the same server. SAP GUI Installation server packages are the only way to go.
